Fan
Engagement.
Measurable
Outcomes.

Fancentrics partners with sport and live event organisations to design, build and enable fan engagement experiences that drive participation and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Fancentrics mark

Everything starts with the fan.

Tickets are sold because fans care.

Broadcast rights hold value because fans watch.

Sponsors invest because fans engage.

The fan is not the endpoint of a commercial strategy. They are the foundation everything else rests on. Fancentrics was built on that belief and everything we do starts there.

Why Fancentrics

Three Capabilities.
One Engagement.

Effective fan engagement sits at the intersection of creativity, technology and commercial intent. Fancentrics brings these capabilities together inside a single engagement so every experience connects with fans and delivers measurable outcomes.

01

Creative

Original concept development grounded in brand, environment and audience. Built to strengthen connection, not fill time.

02

Technical

The systems that make experiences work in real venues, at scale, with the reliability live events demand.

03

Commercial

Every engagement is structured around a commercial objective. No activation without a measurable outcome attached to it.

How We Work

Fancentrics works with
organisations in two ways.

Core and Access model diagram

Fancentrics Core

Direct, long-term partner relationships with rights holders, clubs and governing bodies. Every engagement is built around the organisation’s objectives, commercial environment and fan base.

Fancentrics Access

Proven fan engagement concepts made available to event agencies, venue operators and production partners, applied within their own client environments.

Two models. Each designed for a specific type of client relationship. Both built to the same standard.

Creative IdeationOriginal concept development. Can run simultaneously with Technical Validation, sequentially or in isolation depending on what is needed.
Technical ValidationConfirms what is possible, what is required and what it will cost to build.
Solution BuildDevelopment, integration and testing. Delivered against approved scope.
Experience ActivationProject management, in-venue support, marketing extension and live deployment.
Operational SupportOngoing hosting, tech support and minor edits post-activation.
The Fancentrics Standard

Every Idea Earns Its Place.

Regardless of model, every solution is evaluated against a consistent internal standard before it moves forward.

That standard exists to protect clients and their fans from activations that look impressive on paper but fall short in practice. It is not a checklist applied at the end of a project — it is the lens through which every idea is shaped from the first conversation.

What we propose, what we build, and how we measure it are all held to the same benchmark. Ideas that do not meet it do not proceed. That discipline is what separates engagement that delivers from engagement that simply happens.

The Founders

Founder Led.
Commercially Grounded.

Andrew Logan
Andrew Logan
Creative

Andrew founded Creative Integration 17 years ago, delivering brand rollouts at scale for clients including Commonwealth Bank, BOQ and Rio Tinto. He went on to co-found an augmented reality SaaS platform to bridge offline and online experiences — work that took him directly into sport and live event environments and surfaced the problems organisations there were trying to solve.

Chris Samios
Chris Samios
Technology

Chris founded and led a full-stack software development company for nearly a decade, delivering platforms for clients including Priceline, Merlo and Suzuki before its acquisition in 2023. Along the way he built cutting-edge AR fan experiences for the Melbourne Storm and Brisbane Heat, and later the technology underpinning Andrew's AR SaaS platform. A Bachelor of IT majoring in Interactive Media grounds his work in both the systems that power experiences and the way people interact with them.

Kelli Ponting
Kelli Ponting
Commercial

Kelli founded and led a full-service marketing agency for nearly 10 years, growing it to a team of 25 before a successful exit in 2024. Delivering end-to-end marketing for clients including Telstra, Aussie Home Loans and Anytime Fitness, she built deep experience inside sponsor, brand and multi-stakeholder environments — translating strategy into activity that drove real outcomes. Her MBA brings a strong commercial lens to how fan engagement programs are structured, delivered and measured.
